Terms of Service

Effective October 23, 2026

These terms cover your use of SVPN Mail. By accessing Mail, you agree to use it lawfully and protect your account.

1. Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and use accurate account information. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it.

Your assigned @svpn.com address is part of your account and cannot be changed from Mail settings. You can change the display name recipients see with your messages.

2. Using email responsibly

Do not use Mail to send unlawful, deceptive, threatening or abusive content; impersonate others; distribute malware; send unsolicited bulk messages; or interfere with the service or another person’s account.

You are responsible for the messages and files you send, the recipients you choose, and having the rights needed to share any content or attachments.

3. Messages and delivery

You keep your rights to the content you write. You allow Mail to store, process and transmit it as needed to provide the features you use, protect the service, and deliver messages to your chosen recipients.

Messages sent from an @svpn.com address to another @svpn.com address can be end-to-end encrypted when the recipient has Private Mail enabled. Other email is ordinary email: external providers may be able to read it, and a message cannot be recalled after delivery. Email is not a guaranteed archive or a substitute for keeping your own important records.

4. Private Mail and recovery

Private Mail creates its encryption keys on your device. Mail does not hold the private key needed to decrypt supported stored content. Keep your recovery code somewhere safe and separate. If you lose both your sign-in password and recovery code, encrypted content may be unrecoverable.

Encryption applies only to supported content and only after any required migration is complete. Email sent to or received from addresses outside SVPN is not end-to-end encrypted by Private Mail.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep Mail available and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted service or that every message will be delivered. We may change or discontinue features and will provide notice of material changes to these terms where appropriate.

To the extent permitted by law, Mail is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

6. Account closure

You may request account deletion through Mail settings. Deletion may be irreversible. Copies needed temporarily for security, service recovery, or legal obligations may remain for a limited period.
